Shawn has been practicing law for the past seventeen years. Shawn has extensive litigation experience having successfully represented his clients in First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, Rhode Island Supreme Court, and the Appeals Courts in Massachusetts and Connecticut. in addition, he has vigorously represented clients in Family Law litigation and mediation in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition to the practice of law, Shawn has been involved in Real Estate investment and management for twenty five years.
