Cain brings an offering. Abel brings an offering. God accepts Abel’s, not Cain’s. And Cain’s face falls. This episode explores the moment before the murder—and God’s warning: “Sin is crouching at the door. Its desire is contrary to you, but you must rule over it.” Sin as a predator, waiting, wanting. The door is still closed. The choice is still real. You can rule over it. The battle isn’t lost until you open the door.
