The old systems are collapsing, and so are the old belief systems that you thought were unshakeable. That's what schools and parental systems teach you, how to fit into the system. Your behaviour toward your employees or your employer needs to change too. If we want to work together as a collective and contribute, one cannot be harbouring thoughts of the old which include: how to make the other person suffer so that you can feel satisfied and get off like a masochist. There is unity in suffering and the drive is toward a new world order in which you will not be able to think for yourself but have the morons in their fake power making the decisions for you. The hierarchial system and the attitude that comes along with it needs to go. It has destroyed the planet in a bid to hold onto control and power that frankly, doesn't exist.
