This is a double homicide from right here in Lubbock.  It took 17 years, but the cold cases of Cynthia Palacio and Linda Carbajal, have finally been solved.  These were two beautiful, young, 21 year old women, just trying to support their young daughters, when their lives were tragically cut short by a true predator.  This story has some crazy twists and turns.  We only hope that Cynthia and Linda's daughters are thriving and doing well, and we are so glad to see justice served.  Karma served it up this time...or the greater good!
