Join us for a FANTASTIC conversation with members of the Duncan Lady Demon Basketball 🏀  Team: Coach Brandon Kephart, Seniors Kyndle Ledford, and Alexis Giles as we talk about execution and teamwork.

When Alexis was asked "what drives you to keep you going full force (maximum effort) on the court?"  

Her 2 part answer is great!  She thinks this is one of the reasons why their team "annoys their opponent!"    

The first part of her answer is what every leader/manager of any team in any organization would want to hear their leaders say.  It is crucial to great execution and teamwork!

When we talked about Servant Leadership, Kyndle had a great answer about doing the dirty work.  It is a great attitude that DEFINITELY flows to the rest of the team...and when it is absent on any team everyone knows it!

Coach Kephart did a tremendous job pointing to the leadership of the seniors on their team!  We all know that even the best teams must be led well and given a game plan to execute in order to continue to be successful!  Coach K does a great job leading his staff and team to play FOR each other, give 100%, and never quit--even when things aren't going your way!  Definitely some great life lessons there!
