4 years ago, I self-published my 2nd book, Fill up to spill out, because we can't pour from an empty cup. Today, I thought I would take you down a bit of a memory lane, as this book was written during the Covid 19 pandemic. So much has changed since I wrote this book, and I think it would be a very different book if I wrote it today, but the idea of filling your cup remains the same.
