If you are having difficulties in your life, chances are good that you are not entirely in your body. Many spiritual students use spiritual ideas to try to transcend the body, and then wonder why their life doesn't work. This is a path about wholeness. When you are in the body, present, alert, you can more easily see the blocks and obstacles in your thoughts and beliefs that need to corrected and replaced with the truth. When you try to "leave" the body, these thoughts and beliefs go uncorrected and unchecked and even though you think you have transcended they are still there and eventually show up as symptoms and problems.
