In today's episode I talk about why I don't talk about food and what I eat all the time as a Nutritionst.  While food plays a big role in our health, nutrition is very personal and I do not believe we are all meant to be eating the same foods.  There are so many factors/variables in play when we choose a diet to follow (the diet does not know you!).  Come join me as I go through common examples as to why the diet may work for Joe down the road but may actually make you quite sick - even though it may be very nutritious!
