I am so incredibly excited for this episode because, I have one of my favorite people on the planet, a woman I love...my wife!

For those of you who don't know we co-own recycled minds, a training center in Idaho, where we teach classes and principles on improv comedy. And We each have traveled all around the world, sharing a lot of the principles that we have learned. Recently we each went through one of the most excruciating and beautiful and drastic things a human being can go through. I'm talking cloning our own selves the natural way... Yep child birth.  Thats right we were bringing our son into the world.  And after the 24 min. mark you might be getting some of the biggest knowledge drop for those of you who want a huge pointer when getting your mind set delivering a child, it's here!  It's so fun having Colleen On this episode.
