On Wednesday, September 18th at 7 PM ET we gathered for ceremony in our healing space in the southwest end of Toronto to honour this intense Pisces Super Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse during this Virgo season.

The energy of the Full Moon and eclipse was at its peak on Tuesday, Sept 17th at around 10:30 PM (ET) and is present for 2-3 days on each side of this point (and a week before and after for the impact of the eclipse).

This Full Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration, and I am honoured to serve you in this way.

The moon ritual includes cacao ceremony, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology & current themes, an hour of somatic breathwork, an hour-long sound journey meditation, energy healing/recalibration (using Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.

Make yourself a comfortable, distraction-free sacred space.
Bring a cup of cacao (if you wish to take part in the opening cacao ceremony) and/or water/tea, a journal & writing instrument, and an open mind & heart.
