I am back beautiful people. Did you miss me?? I missed you all, but self-care and self-preservation always have to come first. The last five months have been particularly impactful on an emotional and mental level, and that was not the type of energy that I wanted to bring to the podcast space.

With that being said, I am just about ready for my return, but first, you know I had to bring you a little political commentary with some Spirit and woo woo mixed in.  Take a listen, and then let me know how you feel about it.
