Verses 59–64 — The Story of Prophet Nuh
Allah recounts how Nuh was sent to his people calling them to worship Allah alone and abandon idols. He warned them of a severe punishment if they rejected faith. The chiefs accused him of being misguided, but he calmly clarified he was a messenger bringing sincere advice.
They mocked him and rejected his message. Eventually, Allah saved Nuh and the believers in the Ark and drowned those who denied the truth.

Verses 65–72 — The Story of Prophet Hud and the People of ‘Ād
Hud was sent to the powerful tribe of ‘Ād, who were known for strength and impressive buildings. He called them to worship Allah and warned them against arrogance. They accused him of foolishness and lying.
Hud reminded them that he asked no reward and only wanted their guidance. They rejected him stubbornly. Allah saved Hud and the believers and destroyed the disbelievers with a devastating punishment.

Strength and civilization cannot protect against divine punishment.

Verses 73–79 — The Story of Prophet Salih and Thamūd
Salih was sent to the people of Thamūd, who carved homes into mountains. He called them to worship Allah and showed them a miracle: a she-camel sent as a sign. He warned them not to harm it.
Instead, they killed the camel and defied Allah’s command. Salih warned them of impending punishment. Soon after, a mighty earthquake destroyed them, leaving them lifeless in their homes.

Miracles do not benefit those whose hearts are stubborn.
Disobedience after clear signs is especially dangerous.
