        • Develop the ability to learn new things
        • Set aside "development" time
        • Create a lens for innovation


          • MAKE IT STICK

          • Identify a bottleneck in the work you do
          • Write down what causes the bottleneck
          • What tool could overcome the bottleneck?
          • What is the time, effort, and money investment to get that tool?
          • What action are you willing to take to solve the bottleneck?
