This is a call-in and call-out for veteran members of our field to do better. So much stigma is placed on clinical supervision and needing to learn more and do more work, which inhibits the growth of clinicians and healing of clients. I talk about reasons why having ongoing supervision is necessary, the difference between consultation and supervision, and what to expect as COVID-19 and racial traumas continue.
