We go through thousands of thoughts per day, but if we don’t stop to take inventory of those thoughts, they become our beliefs. These are beliefs that then become continual lies that our brain tells us. When you are mentally fit, you learn to take inventory of these thoughts so that you can affirm new beliefs for yourself.
