Being an independent band has a fair share of exciting challenges, but there's a clear downside when none of our band members is a big fan of shamelessly knocking on doors to say "Do you have a minute to hear about Komodo Fox?". Today's episode is a combination of things: Caio getting inspired after watching the Netflix series "The Playlist" (based on Spotify's story) and, of course, our own recent journey as a band, doing the best we can to attract attention in a way which feels honest and true to ourselves. We got ourselves thinking: ok, it's easier than ever to make music today, but...is promoting said music more accessible as well?
