David Whitelaw returns to the SDA Housing Podcast as Minh visits the Adapt Housing office to chat about the NDIS’ new price guide for SDA, its impact and what the next twelve months has in store for Adapt.

Adapt housing has been in the market since not long after NDIS started up and is a great example of a company taking things one step at a time, and growing into a very successful SDA provider who are now one of the most focused, knowledgeable, and reliable providers available. 

In this episode we get a little insight into their business model, how it has affected themselves, and participants in the past and how they’re moving forward and addressing changes in the industry. David covers the unusual and unexpected changes to the price guide since July 1st 2023 and the positive impact they will have in providing people with housing solutions.
