I mention as much during the show, but it’s a little nuts for me to realize that in over six years of podcasting and more than one hundred fifty episodes that certain artists haven’t been covered in terms of their new releases.

Michael Mann, for instance…or Guillermo del Toro…Spike Jonze…and (yes) The Coen Brothers. So in some ways Episode 152 is about restitution.

With The Coens on-deck, there are few more passionate guests I could have brought by than the man who shared a table for me on this episode.
