Hazel de los Reyes is the head roaster and owner of Gumption coffee. the newest coffee operation in Brooklyn. Started by Hazel and co-owner Clare Lim in Sydney Australia where they have a roastery and 3 shops. They opened in Brooklyn in March of 2019 in a huge space in Industry City. with roasting capacity, a cafe, and delicious food it's worth a trip out to visit, and you should pick up some of their signature roasts like Hammer and Tongs or Hairy Chest.
