Today I learned that Huey Lewis is losing his hearing. 

That is a pretty significant thing to lose when you are a musician.

What if you lost a major tool in your business?

Would you be able to survive?

This is exactly why I don't ever learn a skill that is specific to real estate.

I learn skills that transcend industries.

This will allow me to continue to have the versatility to move with the market.
