Phil is a graduate of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School at Edwards Air Force Base and he served 20 years with the Air Force in a wide range of operational and technology positions. As a rated navigator he has over 2000 hours of flight experience in over 30 different aircraft ranging from the F-4 Phantom to the amazing Mach 3+ SR-71 Blackbird.
