In this episode  I begin a series entitled "The 4 Levels Of Value".  I make the following points about the first level of value:

• The first level of value is Implementation, which is doing the physical work in producing a good or a service
• Those on the implementation level are typical the hardest workers, yet they get paid the least
• You don't want to operate on this level for the rest of your life
