In the second episode in this series, I talk about the level of Unification, and I make the following points:

• The Unification level is for those who manage the people on the Implementation level
• Those on this level provide more value than those on the first level, therefore they get paid more
• This level requires different skillsets than the first level.  A good implementer may not necessarily be a good manager
