This is the Strength Through Struggle podcast. It is a culmination of my book and my life experience and a place where I share all the ways I have found strength through struggle. The podcast is 2 episodes a week. On Tuesdays I will do one solo and go over things I'm currently experiencing in life and on Thursdays I will have a guest speaker on sharing how they found strength through their struggles as well. Some will be elite athletes, others might be homeless and live under a bridge, either way they will share how you can get through what you are personally going through.
