After the crew narrowly avoid blowing themselves up, Rimmer gets the idea to rent Listers living body for a few weeks under the condition that He takes better care of it than Lister does. This backfires when Rimmer starts to take the cake and treats Listers body like an all-inclusive holiday package where He can binge-eat, chain-smoke and drink-drive the starbug like it was a podracer from Star Wars episode 1.
