In Episode 16 I got together with writer/producer/director Boman Modine.
The son of Hollywood actor Matthew Modine, Boman started his professional life wanting to be a teacher and, somewhat by chance, stumbled upon filmmaking while majoring in History and Comparitive Religion at college. He now has a slate of projects on the go and a growing interest in animation, not least because it avoids so many of the problems Covid imposes on filmmakers who want to make live action films.
This was a lively conversation peppered with amusing anecdotes and insight on what's happening in the world of film and TV today.
