In this episode of the Scarlet Letter, I interview Caroline Morgan, an SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) candidate at Monash University whose research is focused on procedural fairness. We discuss the rules of procedural fairness as they arise from administrative law, and how procedural fairness impacts women and other marginalised groups.
