Thom and Chris talked with our special guest Jim Mitchell regarding his experience of going into law enforcement from the military and becoming an instructor. Thom and Chris also discuss with Jim the changes in the training mentality over time, being responsible for one’s own training, and the evolution of community-oriented policing philosophy and practical application.
