Craig Engels was the 2019 1500m USA Track & Field National Champion with a time of 3:44. He went on to compete in the 1500m at the World Championships for the US in Doha where he finished in 10th place overall with a time of 3:34. Craig has his eyes set on competing in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, but with the date change he's taking this time to just enjoy life.
