Butte, Montana, is a great metaphor for what it means to undermine.  This episode describes the mine shafts, rotting timbers, and manmade sinkholes that fill the city with tunnels that range from 10 to 1000 feet below the surface.  We examine the effects of undermining and how to deal with people who undermine our authority and value.
