In this weeks episode of OBF Unplugged I spoke to Shane Mangan. Our conversation was based around the implementation of a tactical periodisation model in GAA. Shane introduced the concept of tactical periodisation and the considerations in applying such a model with Gaelic Games. We spoke about the importance of tactical awareness within a coaches training methodology and how it can be used to develop a holistic framework for team preparation.
