One of the biggest things that has changed my life has been ditching dairy and going more plant-based.
I say 'more plant-based' because I'm not perfect. But dairy is no longer a part of my diet. Giving it up has been nothing short of remarkable. My overall health and wellbeing is completely different. But, even though it's been proven time and time again that giving up dairy is good for you, we still have ads on tv and huge campaigns telling us that milk does a body good.
Enter Dotsie Bausch. She founded the organization Switch4Good which aims to educate people on the benefits of ditching dairy. Not only does it have huge health implications, but it also helps the animals and environment as well.
I was so excited to chat with Dotsie and I wish I had another hour to pick her brain. But I appreciate the time I had with her and I hope you do as well.
