Episode 16: Dr. Mohamad Rajabally - Fast or No, this is Ramadan.
Is talk of Politics, Money, and Religion off limits? In order to truly understand your neighbor and your community better, perhaps we should try and talk about these a little more. Religion is something that influences how people live and why they make certain decision that are important to them; and it is helpful to try and understand these traditions in order to be better neighbors and a better community.
In this episode, we talk with Dr. Mohamad Rajabally who is a regular teacher in the Fremont Islamic Community. But for work, Dr. Rajabally is a local dentist along with his wife.
Dr. Rajabally helps to explain Ramadan in that framework of the Islamic faith. For those in our community who are not accustom to the teachings and traditions of Islam, this conversation will serve to be a little window of insight into the practice of Ramadan and the beliefs that surround it.

A new report that has come out at the beginning of March stating that Fremont is still the "Happiest City in America." Wallet Hub gave Fremont that title in 2021 and it has now been repeated for 2022.
