Being Driven presents challenges. Being married to a Driven, especially if you're also Driven, is a complex obstacle course of sensitivity, communication, passion and fun. Today we have our first panel and we're focusing on Driven spouses. We talk with Fernanda (Fe) Aler and Dancey Creel about what they've learned in a combined 30 years of marriage to their Driven husbands. As mothers and entrepreneurs themselves, they share the roles and dynamics within their own relationship, the importance of communication, and of understanding and loving yourself first before you try to love someone else.
