Man…sometimes people come in your life and teach you about yourself 😂 This week’s episode showed me more about how much I actually REALLY REALLY am moved by emotion.

Now, this is not bad, but can become an issue if relied upon too much which I can do sometimes. I have been learning to look more towards the “facts” and what actually is instead of only of “what ifs” or how something made me feel.
