Hayley Santell is the founder and CEO of MADI Apparel, an ethical fashion brand headquartered in Kansas City, MO. Hayley founded the company when she learned that women’s underwear is the most under donated clothing item and tops the most urgent needs list at most domestic violence and sexual assault clinics. For every product MADI Apparel sells, they donate a pair of underwear to women in need and organizations who serve them.
