The three spectacular boxes of hair are back for an early morning debacle.

We can't stick to a script so here's what went down:

We talk about focus and the importance of accountability and support in pushing farther, faster (we're killing our big ass goals!)

We talk about how Jonny leaned hard into discomfort this week and knocked something important out of the park
