Episode 16 is all about John Reniewicki and the rise of a new powerhouse pro team. John is on the Under Armor Mission Run Baltimore Distance team. Mission Run Baltimore is a recent pro team based out of, you guessed it Baltimore, that is taking the pro racing by storm. They recently raced at Sound Running Cross Champs and everyone did very well. We talk about his time at ASU and how he went from a walk-on to the school record holder in the 5k. We also talk about how to strengthen the mind when it comes to injuries and cross-training. We also go into detail about what Under Armor has in store for this upcoming indoor season as well as what they have planned for running in general.
