The World Games take place this July a year after they were supposed to be held. The International World Games Association (IWGA) president is Jose Perurena, a former canoe sprint athlete, who represented his native country of Spain in the 1968 Summer Olympics. Perurena was hosting the IWGA General Assembly in Madrid recently and he took some time out to speak to sport intern.
