Jason, Neal, and Mike are back and we are wearing our French berets today! After dispensing with a little shop talk, Neal provides us a French cutlery primer and then we are joined by our friend Stephane Bultez, who runs the Knives of France website and its blog companion.  Stephane spends some time talking about the genesis of both of his websites and we spend some time exploring different French pocket knife patterns and their stories.
