At the time of this recording, it is January 2021 and the local marketplace is still in dire need of nice real estate. Properties are selling over the asking price within a week on the market and it leaves a great place for real estate investors to profit. 

However, you need to make sure you are not stuck with a property if the market were to drop all of a sudden. Buy property for well below market value & if you are buying income property, make sure it cash flows!
