There are many latter and previous rain in man's history, you may have missed one or both or the many. The latter rain means the giving out of knowledge, understanding and much apt wisdom. However, there was many previous rain but, the thing which is most crucial is a seed, a good seed. You see without any seed no matter the rain, no growth will happen.
Maybe this should be call the seed.
