  • 26.37 - Adam shares his journey in which he went to university and applied for the Army before pursuing his certifications in fitness - He then discusses how he developed his craft 
  • 36.50 - The dudes talk about the first year of personal training and where they think people get stuck - They follow that up with what they think new personal trainers and strength coaches should focus on if they want to succeed!
