When Jeremiah met Rebecca (Ken and Ryan's sister), he knew that she was the lady for him. This relationship lead him down a whole different path than he would have expected. Jeremiah was an athlete, a baseball player and coach, but found himself wanting to stay in Lynchburg and create a family life for him and Rebecca. He was introduced to this gutter opportunity Rebecca's brothers had been building and took a chance on the system, before it was even a system.
