Today we begin our series on running a game at RPG Crossing. We start at the before time, coming up with the idea and preparing for implementation. We focus a little more on play-by-post specifics, as running a game for forum posting requires very specific planning and thought, though many of the big picture concepts remain similar. Also, sorry for the audio weirdness, somehow KM's audio came through on my channel for this one but I believe we caught it before the next one was recorded.
