Episode 16: The Tricep Draft

The guys do a snake style draft to create a tricep only workout plan for themselves.  But there is a catch there is no double dipping allowed so it will take all their draft talent in order to make sure they get their perfect tricep workout.  Let the guys know if they missed any movements that you would draft instead of the ones we did, or if there are movements they are sleeping on.  As always let your family, friends and anyone who will listen about us.
