The cocktail for this episode is called the Wineville Flip and is a Kijafa-centric and eggy treat. Recipe below:

WINEVILLE FLIP

1 egg
1/4 oz. rum
1/4 oz. kirschwasser
1 1/2 Kajafa or port

Add egg to shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake vigorously to emulsify and froth. Add the rest of the ingredients and more ice. Shake again. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with cherries.
