Life gifted me this friend about a year ago, and I’m soooo glad it did.  I always leave our conversations feeling enlightened and thankful that I lucked out to know her. 

You know you have a good friend when you can have really honest conversations.  Like when I told her, “I really just don’t care for Christian music.”  You might not think that’s a big deal.  Everyone has their own tastes.  But you see… Kirstie is a recording artist, and a pastor (among SO many other things) AND she just released a faith based album. 

My comment would have clearly offended anyone else in her shoes.  But not Kirstie.  She just looked at me and said, “I get it.” 

In a world where so many tend to have close-minded thoughts and ideas, she doesn’t.  She has a gift to see the bigger picture of what’s going on, and she also has an absolutely beautiful voice to help spread that message.

I feel honored to be able to have her on to highlight and talk about her new single, Silence.
