Liz passionately talks about her role within Harbour church in creating a space that challenges negative assumptions of what church really means. Liz and her team run Spa 61, pamper sessions inspired by the belief that all women deserve gentle care and nurturing as 'all of us are vulnerable but some of us hide it better'.
