A New York lawyer was publicly censured for a pattern of late filings in federal court, resulting in the dismissal of her client's claims in a few cases.

(3)  WARNING SIGN (Most Creative Tale)

A Kansas lawyer received a three-year suspension (all but six months stayed) for forging the clients' signatures, with their consent, on property transfer documents and then notarizing his forgeries.

(4)  UNCLE BUCK (Worst Temper in a Non-Legal Setting)

A New York lawyer was publicly censured for brandishing a hatchet at a pedestrian after the pedestrian hit the lawyer's car with a diaper bag.
